The location here is excellent, just a short walk to KONTIKI beach club, bars, restaurants, Thai boxing, and even McDonald's; plus.

The hotel location was great...right next to the beach. Room was clean and good price. Free pool and wifi in the restaurant across the road. Staff were cheerful and friendly.

I liked the location right beside the beach and close to the the main town of Lamai. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Suitable restaurant across from hotel with large selection of sea food and European food. Nice fire show on the beach every night. Would stay again.

Relatively cheap breakfast option with nice view. Soundproof and budget room plus with good aircon & fridge. Stunning location, close to Koko Gallery.

The location was fantastic, near the old town. The hotel served as a great starting point for exploring the tourist area. Our unit provided good value for money, with amenities like a fan and ample wardrobe space. The restaurant had delightful dishes, and the reasonably priced breakfast was delicious.

Our stay was a very good experience. The room was really good for the price. There is good beach restaurant. The hotel is in a very good location right near the beach and close to the shopping and main town of Lamai. The room was clean and had a mini bar and in room safe which is good. Reception staff very cheerful. Good time!

A good location close to bars and restaurants. Proximity to the airport, just 15 km. Large and soundproof room with daily fresh sheets, a single bed and water refreshed, affable staff.

Beautiful property with stunning sea views, convenient mini-mart on site. Easy access to Haad Rin without the noise. Lovely pool and clean rooms.

Close to the beach
The electricity went from 11pm until 8.30am, we had no fan, no lights and no window, the hotel staff were shouting around the hotel from then on. Did not get much sleep at all!!!

The location was fabulous, right on the Beach and short walk to shops and Bars. The town also was lovely.
The cleanliness, and maintainence of the hotel was poor. I upgraded twice while i was there but it didnt make much difference. Rooms were small and dark only tiny little windows. I was there during the floods, not the Hotels fault i know, but for the whole 10days we were offered no assistance of any kind by the staff. Because there was no tap water for days i had to go out and find my own bucket to collect rain water to flush the toilet.
